The Passion of Christ...Can We Even Begin To Understand?

The Passion of Christ...Normally during this time of year, in addition to the Bible of course, I like to read one of two books in my collection that goes into great detail of the circumstances around events of Holy Week: The Murder of Jesus by John F. MacArthur and The Darkness and the Dawn by Charles R. Swindoll. Try as we might, I really don't think that we have even a tiny understanding of the pain and torture Christ went through for us. I don't believe that we can even grasp the concept.
