Today is Thanksgiving Day in the U.S. Traditionally it is thought of as being first celebrated by the pilgrims and the Indians to give thanks for a bountiful harvest. Some may consider Thanksgiving to be a non-religious holiday but I think that it is a day to stop and thank God for the blessings He has provided.
